Solvexa Solutions LLC provides design and creative services, including but not limited to branding, UI/UX design, web design, and related consulting. Specific details of services will be agreed upon in writing through proposals, contracts, or invoices.

• Make payments on time as per agreed terms

 

3. Payment Terms

• All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed invoice or project terms.

• Late payments may incur additional charges or delay in project delivery.

• Project work will not begin until an initial deposit (as agreed) is received.

 

4. Revisions & Approvals

We provide a limited number of revisions per project as stated in the proposal or agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

 

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, the final deliverables created by Solvexa Solutions LLC become the property of the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

• We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place.

 

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• You may cancel a project before it starts, but any deposit paid is non-refundable.

• If work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered based on the work completed.

• Solvexa Solutions LLC reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches these terms or behaves inappropriately.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Solvexa Solutions LLC is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of data, business, or profits arising from the use of our services

• Issues caused by third-party services or platforms

 

8. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party tools or services to fulfill projects. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, or failures in these services.

 

9. Confidentiality

We respect your confidential information and agree not to disclose it to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Solvexa Solutions LLC is registered.
